Booking & Payment

Weekends fill up 3 to 4 weeks out. Weekday slots usually open a week before. Book early if you want a specific theme.

50% advance to hold the slot. Balance on the party day before the slot starts. UPI, card or cash all fine.

Yes — up to 7 days before at no charge. Closer than that, the advance becomes a credit usable within 60 days.

On the Day

We do. It's up and ready 30 minutes before your slot starts. You walk in to a finished room.

Absolutely. Bring it in. We handle the cutting setup, plates, and knife.

Walk-ins are billed by the hour. Party slots run 2, 3 or 4 hours depending on your tier.

Safety & Age Rules

2 to 12 years. Toddler zone is walled off from the trampolines — ages stay separated.

Yes, free. Most parents wait in the cafe which overlooks the play floor. Marshals handle the kids.

It's the single biggest injury prevention rule. Marshals enforce it, and we don't bend on this one.

Food & Cake

Standard menu is veg. Non-veg available on request with 48 hours notice, extra cost.

Yes — let us know when you book. We have a list of regular alternatives we can pull from.
